Waldorf toys from Taller Coscoja

Toys should be simple and stimulate the imagination of children.

The game is the quintessential activity of children. It is the crucial work of childhood. In the game, children learn to experience the possibilities and parameters of life. The game needs to be fed with fertile ideas that children can develop infinitely. Creative play awake and channels the power of imagination.

The Imaginary world can have greater reality than the real world  for the child: a simple piece of wood can become a flying horse, a locomotive or a mother calling her children to eat.

Many children today are faced with some toys that allow them little or nothing to stimulate your imagination, which only have to press a button to play. You can not wonder the child gets bored soon, become destructive and rather sooner than later the child requiring attention. By exposing them to inappropriate electronic toys, we deprive them of the initiative to explore the world through play. Simple toys based on Waldorf education are especially suggestive, allowing the development of children's fantasy and are both an important basis for the development of creative thinking.
